I read thru all this you have stated on this site paul and mr xman as I don't see your name posted.I would post my legal name but am just a observer have no desire or really care if Elvis is alive or dead. I assume he is and living happily somewhere in this world. I guess for him to live like a normal person has been good and bad. But since we will not know the real truth lets assume he's alive then why not let this all rest. I don't think proof can be found as there is too much confusion out there.I know I am confused. I enjoyed the mans' music some of the movies but was not and still not a fanatic fan.not even sure how 1 could be over anybody.People are just that and what they do for a living like him is their job and for us to enjoy as entertainment only. their personel life is for them. now I feel good finally to have a place that will be kind enough to allow me to speak my heart. I am sorry paul if my 1st post seemed to offend anyone. i am glad you are working hard to find the truth.I was just sayin I don't like all the fraud and lies thats out there. I just never was like alot of women ooo and ahhh over Elvis when I was younger..thats what i meant...I have travelled to graceland before. I won't most likely go back as it's just too much money for lodging ect..I am in my mid 50's not geriatric yet..very muscle toned and fit hardly the picture of a aged woman...I am sorry you may have misunderstood my post..If elvis is alive i would not want to intrude into his life. just as I would not intrude into yours or others...as I keep my private life quiet.I have to say 1 thing I heard that john smith1912 in pal talk many times. Never occurred to me he could be elvis maybe a eta yrs ago. or just likes to sing the music.I used to buy some of books in years past,till i quit.too much confusion and I came to the conclusion Are these books telling the truth? and which ones are or aren't..You cleared some of that up here. So I thank-you there.Some of the names I seen rang a bell with me so I most likely been on thier web sites before at 1 time or another...I wish you luck in your researching cause I don't think anybody else has taken this on....So see I am really just a plain ole woman here .

Hi Lori. Personally I don't mind your opinion at all. Its honest and its yours. The reason we don't let this rest is a very long story. But its also a very intriguing thing this Elvis Alive story. Its like a good book that you can't put down. Even though we go after info and certain people I have to admit that the people behind it all have done a rather good job for the most part. EpE for instance have done brilliant work in marketing Elvis and I am sure that Sillerman will do the same. Truthfully if it was not for Col. Parker, Priscilla, all the memphis Mafia and especially Jack Soden I think the Elvis story would have pretty much died with him. I know we sound like we are out to crucify HIS IMAGE but that is not true. Lets face the facts the Elvis that is now is one that is 95% marketing. This Elvis has nothing to do with the real person. Having said that the Elvis that was real when he was alive was buried under an Image which again was all about marketing. You say he is alive and there is not proof of his death. This is not true. There are witnesses, there is a death certificate and there was a funeral. These are all the same basic proofs of death that we all know when someone we know dies.What do we then question the reality of a death of our fathers and mothers etc. etc. because somebody decides there's gold in dem der hills. The real truth is there has not been any proof put forward to this day that can prove he faked his death and is alive. All we have are stories built on stories, never backed up with evidence. If we were to put forth the arguement that he is alive we could put forth a good arguement based on suspicion. However as we have already discussed between us, this story would not and could not produce the same conclusions of the typical Alive theories based on the known info. In fact people would really really hate us if we did so. Is there a slight chance he faked his death? Sure why not. But this would produce a story of a very seedy Elvis and of course people would not accept that would they. Actually most of the people that don't like us are the ones we catch lying and expose. This is what its all about. I still say someone could write a damn good book on the Elvis Alive Story and all the people involved. But it won't be me. I don't think.

Lori I reread one of your posts. Concerning the fact you have read some of the books over the years and found it confusing. I think what you said is absolutely right. It is confusing because it is suppose to be. I am sure you had suspicions as you read them that all was not right. I did! in fact thats how I got into all this mess. Not only did I get suspcious of the overall stories but
of the people writing them. I started to think things thru and noticed contradictions by the same people. Then when I got into these board discussions one group kicked me out the first day after mocking me for asking questions. Well they paid for that I can tell you. All I can say is this, if we put out things that help people this way or that in all this thats great. Some will still continue to hide their heads in the sand .
