After researching things I found that Belkis and Jon Burrows aka William Cotnam.They were in on the Jon Burrows story for fame and publicity.They had the story made up and was making stories of Elvis being alive.The person that told me said they were doing this for years.She wrote book and he sold it to people and they split the money.Now this was the scam and it went well for a long time and as a matter of fact he told stories of how he was given gifts from Cilla and they were on national television when Cilla confronted him and called him a liar and they stripped him of using Elvis's image and name.Thats when the story started down hill.The Elvis files sat the record straight for the cons.As Monte Nicholson was intrerviewing Connie the so called neighbor.Jon Burrows drove right behind them on the show.Thus making the story nothing more but a lie and a big con job.
