JD. Stacy! And Guess who is involved with this guy? In fact a Vice President of Bullshit! Oh this one is interesting! Remember the one guy that was involved with all this( I will dig up his name) something Italian anyways. He was up on charges for screwing investors on a time share project. But the Big question is What is DP. doing involved with all this?( Or Am I being really stupid to ask such a thing?) EPE was dead set against this project! Yet here she is. Boy just when you think your rid of the skeletons this Presley family seems to open another closet. I wonder , Will Sillerman think to get involved in this Circle G Ranch concept and reopen it HMMM.

Ah I think I would rather have it on here as well. This is from the Elvis in Poland site.
Press Release CIRCLE G RESORT: HOME OF THE ELVIS PRESLEY RANCH CELEBRATES CEREMONIAL GROUNDBREAKING EVENT.
Donna Presley, Elvis' first cousin and The Legendary Jordanaires, his long time backup vocal group headlining festivities.
August 15, 2002 - Memphis TN - CGR LLC, developers of the $600 millions, 808-acre family resort destination marked the beginning of the development with a kick-off celebration on the ranch once owned by Elvis Presley.
Donna Presley served as host to over 300 VIP's and the legendary Jordanaires honored guests with a performance to celebrate Elvis' legacy on the 25th anniversary of his death. VIP's in attendance included nearby hotel and casino presidents and local and state officials. Developers were onhand to unveil resort project details and renderings for fans and international media for a standing room only audience.
Donna Presley, Elvis' first cousin and Vice President of Resort Relations is also the official ranch spokesperson. During the presentation Ms. Presley said, "The Circle G Resort, Home of the Elvis Presley Ranch holds many fond memories for me as it was my home at the same time that Elvis and Priscilla lived there. This project will be a breath of fresh air for Elvis fans and a highly sought after tourist destination for all ages." The resort promises to offer many ammenities including two world-class golf courses, five star hotel accomodations and an elaborate retail, restaurant and entertainment complex. And in classic Presley style the resort would not be complete without a state of the art concert theater.

Circle G Ranch reuse plan includes City Hall, condos Wouldn't exploit Elvis tie, but welcome fans
By William C. Bayne Contact October 16, 2005
Nothing has been cut in stone, but developers in line to acquire the old Circle G Ranch are touting a plan that could result in creation of a Horn Lake City Center-type complex.
That center likely would be anchored by city facilities and possibly a couple of hotels, sit-down restaurants and shops.

A contract by Dale Morrow, manager for High Pointe Investments, to purchase the 155-acre ranch once owned by Elvis Presley was approved by Chancellor Mitchell Lundy on Wednesday.
Morrow and his investor group have agreed to buy the ranch for $7 million from the McLemore family, but the chancellor's order has not yet been entered in court.
At that point, any opponents would have 30 days to file an appeal of Lundy's ruling.
Meanwhile, Morrow has talked with city officials about the possibility of creating a City Center anchored by the ranch property.
"We would have a boulevard connection between Goodman Road, Nail Road and Miss. 301," Morrow said Friday.
"All of the buildings on the frontage would be two stories, with penthouse condominium lofts on the second story above the retail.
"We would also have a fire station, a city convention center and possibly a new City Hall."
Mayor Nat Baker and Planning Director Anita Rainey talked briefly with Morrow Friday. He said he probably would have concept drawings in about 60 days.
"I'd like to be able to give Horn Lake a distinct presence," Morrow said. "It doesn't have a Court Square like Hernando, but it could still have a Main Street -- a showplace that would be attractive to professionals and business owners. It would be something to see."
Neither Baker nor Rainey gave approval for the City Center concept, but both expressed interest in taking a look to see how that might work.
"I think it's an exciting concept, but it's something the entire city government would have to consider," Rainey said.
"Obviously, we couldn't approve anything the first time the idea was floated. Approval would only come from the planning commission and the Board of Aldermen," she said.
If the city ultimately agreed to relocate City Hall to a new structure, the current City Hall could be changed to police headquarters and the Municipal Court operation.
Morrow insisted that his development would shy away from any use of Presley's name, but he said the true fans are well aware that the ranch property is where Elvis and Priscilla spent their honeymoon in 1967.
"We'd want a place where tourists and visitors would be comfortable walking around, but a place that all of Horn Lake could identify as the new city center," he said.
Regardless of whether a decision is made to embrace the City Center concept or another development plan, Morrow said the development would be upscale and well-landscaped.
"It's going to be a place that Horn Lake residents will be proud to have in their city," he said.

Now this is funny look at the Opener. I guess after all that other hoopla people finally found out they were being conned.Burke has checked out the new group!
New Circle G owner legit: As we reported on 13 October, the buyer for the Circle G ranch, once owned by Elvis, is High Point Investments. It turns out High Pointe is a wealthy real estate firm. It will pay the current owners, the McLemore family some $7 million for the ranch, plus another $2.26 million for the northwest corner of the tract. The new developer's plans call for commercial usage along Goodman Road, and Highway 301 -- both of which border the Circle G. Behind the commercial would be professional landscaping, and to the interior of the ranch, a planned community of upscale homes would be built. To our knowledge, NO Elvis-theme is planned for the new development. And we checked on the new company and it is extremely legit. Backed by a group of millionaires in North Carolina. This company has been successfully buying up land in the immediate Circle G area for months. (13 Oct 2005)

Here is something you missed. Go back to the day of the death and what went on. The statements about the bathroom scene. The time frames for Rigor, what Esposito said then verses the ambulance people and what Warlick says. Important note: The missing time of up to 1.5 hours between the official time of death given by the ME and the time the ambulance showed @2:33 and their statements on body. Esposito LIED more than once in this scenario. Vernons statement in the bathroom makes no sense on the surface. A Woman and a man were trying to resusitate the body. Relook at this inital story and also learn about the "contigency plan". The Real Cover up is right here at the beginning. Why call it in as an possible OD then hide all the drugs in the bathroom?

I recall alot of what you are talking about. The 1.5 hours If I remember right can be acounted for in theory as the time of death is always an estimate, but your right its a pretty fair gap. I remember the Contingency Plan and never thought about it in light of missing time. This would in my thinking point to a delayed call to the ambulance from the time they found the bodyand also ties ito the lies of Esposito.. The Esposito lies, LOL what else is new. The one thing that bugs me still is Vernons comment when he entered the bathroom. I always saw this as bad acting for some reason. OK I 'll bite and look at the book and rethink some things. This sort of fits in with what I am looking at now anyways. This may take a bit as Iam busy with something but stay tuned.

Info on Rigor. If it stared after the 3 hour mark and asumming they called it right a being 9 am that means we are now looking at a 2.5 hour period. That period being from the point of Rigor setting in and the time the paramedics attended. So any or all descriptions of the body by those there can be looked at in this time frame.
Determining time of death The time of death is a critical piece of information for investigators attempting to understand the cause of suspicious deaths.
Temperature The temperature of a body can be used to estimate time of death during the first 24 hours. Core temperature falls gradually with time since death, and depends on body mass, fat distribution and ambient temperature. If the body is discovered before the body temperature has come into equilibrium with the ambient temperature, forensic scientists can estimate the time of death by measuring core temperature of the body.
Rigor mortis The presence of rigor mortis also assists forensic scientists in determining the time of death. The body muscles will normally be in a relaxed state for the first three hours after death, stiffening between 3 hours and 36 hours, and then becoming relaxed again. However, there is considerable uncertainty in estimates derived from rigor mortis, because the time of onset is highly dependent on the amount of work the muscles had done immediately before death.

More Info that is needed and pertinent to what has been told by those there in the room with the body.
"Any violent muscular exertion prior to death will produce a decrease in ATP and speed up the onset of rigor mortis, since no ATP is produced after death. Some factors that cause a marked decrease in ATP prior to death are violent or heavy exercise, severe convulsions, and high body temperatures. All of these factors may cause rapid onset of rigor mortis, with onset appearing within minutes in some cases, and, in rare instances, instantaneously. The instantaneous appearance of rigor mortis is known as cadaveric spasm.
DiMaio, Vincent J., DiMaio, Dominick. "Forensic Pathology". 2nd ed. 2001. Ibid 26-27
Livor mortis (discoloration due to blood settling) -- "Livor mortis refers to the maroon color that develops after the heart stops and no longer churns the blood; heavier red blood cells settle downward from the serum by gravity as occurs in the plastic container when giving blood." Our college site adds, "It is often seen within one-half to two hours after death. The hue of the liver mortis may give some sign of the cause of death. For example, a bright cherry-red hue may suggest carbon monoxide or cyanide poisoning. Inconsistent distribution of the liver mortis may suggest that the body has been disturbed. For four to six hours after death, slight pressure to the skin stops the flow of blood settling in nearby vessels." "Livor mortis is usually evident within 30 min to 2 h after death. In individuals dying a slow lingering death with terminal cardiac failure, livor mortis may actually appear antemortem. Livor mortis develops gradually, usually reaching its maximum coloration at 8-12 h. At about this time, it is said to be 'fixed.' Prior to becoming fixed, livor mortis will shift as the body is moved. Thus, if an individual dies lying on his back, livor mortis develops posteriorly, i.e., on the back. If one turns the body on its face, blood will drain to the anterior surface of the body, now the dependent aspect. Livor mortis becomes 'fixed' when shifting or drainage of blood no longer occurs, or when blood leaks out of the vessels into the surrounding soft tissue due to hemolysis and breakdown of the vessels. Fixation can occur before 8-12 h if decomposition is accelerated, or at 24-36 h if delayed by cool temperatures. Thus, the statement that livor mortis becomes fixed at 8-12 h is really just a vague generalization. That livor mortis is not fixed can be demonstrated by applying pressure to a dependent discolored area and noting the subsequent blanching at the point of pressure." -- DiMaio, Vincent J., DiMaio, Dominick. "Forensic Pathology". 2nd ed. 2001. pp. 23-24 "Livor mortis is not very important in determining the time of death. It is important, however, in determining whether the body has been moved." ibid p. 25
Putrefaction -- "One of the first signs of putrefaction is a greenish staining in the lower abdomen. The change slowly spreads and takes on a brownish look. Sometimes the skin gets so dark, it may be hard to determine race. The condition called marbling comes from bacterial action on blood in the veins. They become dark red or purple and stand out lightly on the skin. And as bacteria acts on inner organs, gases form. They bloat the body, and facial features become vague. Putrefaction goes on until the body is consumed, unless adipocere or mummification begins." This process begins at death.
Dessication -- moist areas like the eyes became dried out and moist membranes took on a "burnt" look. Jaw drops as the muscles relax
"Death rattle" -- A physician with 21 years of experience in emergency care has given us this summary: "As the brain ceases to control the body, the air in the lungs is expelled. The force for it is passive recoil of the chest wall and lungs. All neuromuscular control of the upper airway would also cease. The laxity of the pharynx creates partial obstruction of the airway. As the air passes out, the observer hears what is in effect a reverse snore. The tongue and other pharyngeal tissues flap as the air is expelled. The fluid dynamics of this are the same as an inflated balloon released to fly around the room, but at lower frequency." "A person who has a significant 'death-rattle' (it's not universal) would have had a significant tidal volume of air in order to have enough in the lungs to create the movement and sound of the rattle.

Ok I have read all about the death again in "The death of Elvis. As far as I can see it really tells you the he died that day. As for the time of death I do believe it was about 9 am and the reason for any dicrepancies come down to a couple of things one the the time is an approximate one and I don't believe they called the ambulance immediately. Esposito originally said he moved the body to the bedroom which I bet happened they must have thought it out and decided to put it back in the bathroom. Maybe they figured they would get caught for doing that then it might make it look like they did something to Elvis that caused the death. The Contingency plan had to do with covering up the drugs if Elvis had of died out of town they would have smuggled his body back to Memphis. What this does tell us is that they knew that he was going to OD some day. So it is just a matter of the death being an accidental OD or a planned one. Or one other possiblilty is someone gave him something that he thought was what he normally took but wasn't. There was no allergic reaction that caused the death. There was no heart attack or cancer or anything found to be the cause of death. The only reason the drug death was not given officially at the time was because, That was the cover up.

Oh I forgot the Vernon statement. Vernon was well aware the Elvis abused drugs. He hired Ogrady and Kelly to check this out long before Elvis died. It now looks to me that Vernons statement was only the reality of his worst fear, that one day Elvis would OD. The other statement Vernon made that I have heard people suggest Elvis was grabbed by the mob was "they have taken him" This state ment was made while he was on the phone after the body was taken to BMH. It was only part of what was said . He actually said to someone on the phone "My Baby is dead, They have taken him, He's gone My baby has died". Just another example of how the alive people have taken something out of context and used it to support the ridiculous. So if Elvis faked this death there were one hell of alot of people were involved to make it happen and it sure as hell never happened like any of the stories that have been told. The chances of this death hoax are very very slim. In fact so slim its not even worth contemplating any more. What is more interesting is the who and whys that these stories are out there.
