"Elvis is an inspiration to all. He has provided the potential of what one human being who has strong desire and unfailing determination can accomplish.
Elvis was a loving and caring father to his family and a decent human being. In a society that has talked so much about the generation gap, the closeness of Elvis and his family is heart-warming.
But Elvis was a frail human being and he would be the first to admit his weaknesses. Perhaps because of his rapid rise to fame and fortune he was thrown into temptations that some never experience.
Elvis would not want anyone to think that he had no flaws or faults. But now that he's gone, I find it more helpful to remember his good qualities, and I hope you do, too...."

You know I got two different sources for that Eulogy above. One said the Rev Bradley the other stated Jackie Kahane said it during a eulogy hegave. Kahane was the comic that open for Elvis.

Ok What I really would like to bring up concerning this statement is this part.
"But Elvis was a frail human being and he would be the first to admit his weaknesses. Perhaps because of his rapid rise to fame and fortune he was thrown into temptations that some never experience. "
It might be just me but I find this odd. Remember this by its timeframe and the place it was said and to whom he was speaking about. Of everything we the fans know or have seen regarding Elvis ,Tell me one thing that would lead anyone to believe he was frail. Now up to that time of this eulogy what weaknesses were displayed and what temptations were any greater than what others endure? Now to me this statement within the eulogy was aimed at those close to him and knew what really was going on, not the fans or media. I have heard this type of eulogy before. It is a plea to the people close to the deceased to understand this moment in time and not judge it. It is not aimed at those who would have no clue as to the why!
