Ok I have been asked again about doing a book.I am game if Xman is willing to put the time and effort into it and if he wants to write one.But if we did write one would anyone here buy it? Would you like to see a book with a cd that contained every mystery song and singer from Sivle Nora to The Nu Elvis? I thought that would be a nice way since the songs and albums are all very hard to find and those who haven't heard them or maybe just heard clips could have a copie of thier own.Ofcourse the book would be informative and have photos and it would be about 400 pages and we would have a quick refrence on things and we would charge about 28.00 dollars for it but you get a cd with it.And if it did sell well I would take part of my proceeds from it and have a professional website built for all to see and visit and it would have a chatroom that could hold alteast 200 people and it would have your own email and messaging on it along with a easy to navigate system.And there would be audio and video over the past 20 some odd years and we would have a fan section that you could post anything Elvis you wanted and if you had something that no one else has seen then you could share it with the world.I'd also include an Elvis auction/sales place for collectors and traders and I would do it swap style that way the sales would be between the buyer and seller..Hey its none of my business what you buy or sell..That way you would have control over buying,selling trading and so on..I hate having someone tell me how to sell or trade.We could even have file sharing trade or share your Elvis music or bootlegs..I think a new site would be a great idea and concept and it would be open to all who was interested.Ofcourse we would have rules and such but as adults we all know this and I really don't wanna play babysitter to adults and I know Xman doesn't either.So theres the presentation for the book and new site.Go over it and if you like it then we will start asap.If not then we will just continue here as we have.Thanks,Aron Sivle

Write a book?  ? What the hell for? What would it be about??? Who would it serve?? What purpose would it serve? One I wouldn't like the personal exposure. Two I don't think it would matter one bit. Three I don't like the idea of giving certain people amunition to recreate stories when the obvious mistakes in all the other stories are brought to light. Four all those who really believe the Alive Crap will not change their minds anyways . Five I really don't give a rats ass to spend the time helping add more fuel to the fire. Look if people really cared about the truth they would have helped more to find it out. Just take a look at Aitcheson and the Commission. How many years were they all gathering info and yet never did they share it. Just what did Phil do all that time besides gather other peoples stories, control the flow of info and in the end what is he going to prove? Read the interviews this guy has given. He is playing a big game nothing more. So what makes NOW the time for this book of his? Does he really think the world awaits his revelations? I doubt it. I think the game is over and he knows it. So write a book about what ? Elvis being ALIVE? He isn't. About the con artists that have utilized that theme for whatever their purpose? I am not sure I really care about those types. Write about Elvis and how he died? Its all been done. What would the purpose be is the big question? All I ever wanted was to get at the truth or as much of it as I could. Most of what I have been able to find has been in chasing down the frauds and busting their stories. Taking those stories and applying logic to them to confirm or deny them. In doing this yes information has come to us and has even shown us certain things. Perhaps things that should be left alone. For me I feel satisfied that Elvis is dead, died Aug 16th 1977. I do reserve a limited amount of thought on him faking his death.Though this is most unlikely it would if true repaint the whole Alive story in a manner which no Elvis fan would want to hear. So why write another book? Please convince me of any benefit. Oh and don't say Money. |

You are right Xman, discovering Elvis to be alive, or having hoaxed his death would expose an Elvis that his "fans" wouldn't want to hear and they probably wouldn't accept it. But that wouldn't change history.
Like in X-Files, the truth is out there.

Do you think History needs to be changed? Perhaps it does. I mean People in general are still going to believe what they want whether it makes sense or not. Columbus didn't discover America. I am not sure who did but the Native Americans were already here when the others came. But ask who dicovered America and Columbus is the answer. When you get to talking with some Elvis fans you really have to wonder how they get thru a day. On the other hand some are very logical and intelligent. Some even who are part of the Alive scams are very smart and some regardless of being on the other side of the fence I find somewhat likeable. So what good would it do tell what you have found to people who don't give a shit? I think I would rather enjoy a good sitdown with some of the others like Cotner group or Hinton or Steven Chanzes just to get the truth and make sense of all these years of the Alive Story. Thing is with some or even alot of these fans I have no use for anymore, I am tired of hearing about Elvis pretty blue eyes or which suit he wore on such and such a day. I just don't get why people are afraid to confront the real man behind that image warts and all. Why do they let others feed them alot of crap. Is this what history really is ? Manipulation to control the masses. I have seen very little support by the Elvis fans in finding things out. Quite to the contrary they have done whatever it takes to defend the Image. Why ? Maybe because they are emotional retards. I am just not sure what I say, that I have not said already will mean squat in the overall. I only speak for myself here. Both Sivle and myself have been offered part of a book before and turned it down. They are many dangers in being part of something you don't control. Just ask some of the MM about books and what they said verses whats end up in them.
